How do I pay for GolfTastic?
You can pay by Bank Transfer (BACS) or by Cash.
What age do you start the children in GolfTastic?
Children can start at the age of four and a half years or primary 1 school age.
Are your sessions fully insured?
All GolfTastic sessions carry Child’s Personal Accident and Public Liability insurance, and the instructor is fully qualified to deliver First Aid as trained by St John’s Ambulance.
How long do your classes last?
All classes last 1 hour in length, unless otherwise stated.
What does my child need to bring to the classes?
Just themselves, all equipment is provided in the classes.
What should my child wear to a GolfTastic class?
We advise your child to wear clothes and footwear that feel comfortable and which allows for a moderate level of exercise.
Is there any food or drink supplied during the classes?
Only water is provided. Any food or drink should be given prior to or after the classes.
Can I have a refund if the class I booked is cancelled?
Of course, in the very rare event that GolfTastic cancels an activity for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the person who booked.
What happens to my personal information when I book a GolfTastic class?
All information provided to us by customers, such as medical information and contact details, are retained for internal company use only. We NEVER pass any information on to third parties or disclose any information to any other person.
Are GolfTastic staff CRB checked and fully qualified
GolfTastic recognise the importance of ensuring all staff are CRB checked, properly insured and hold appropriate coaching qualifications. Relevant documentation is available on request.
Can my child attend a GolfTastic course if he/she has disabilities?
We happily accept children with disabilities. However, we ask that you highlight any relevant information during the booking process in order that we can attend to your child’s needs and ensure they have a safe and fun time.
